Communication was good, but shipping could've been better. The printer arrived with foam peanuts in all of the crevices. It took a while to get it working. Nevertheless, Hao was more than willing to make it right. He eventually reimbursed me for the kit necessary to make it working correctly again. It was one of his first times selling, so I'm sure he packs much better now. Overall, I would trade with him again.
